Reservations

• -       We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover
• -       Reservations provide a site in the park but not necessarily a specific site
• -       No refund or exchange granted for early departure regardless of reason

Deposits

• -       Daily, Weekly, Holidays and Special Events: Pay in full at time of reservation
• -       1 -6 Months: $250 deposit with balance due at check in
• -       Flex Stay: $250 deposit with balance due at check in
• -       Semi-Annual: $250.00 deposit which is applied to last month’s rent
• -       Annual: 1^st months rent + $450 Security Deposit

Cancellation

• -       48 hours or less before arrival date, no refund or exchange
• -       3 – 60 days notice before arrival date, date exchange only to be used within one year of original reservation date
• -       61 days or more before arrival date, $100.00 cancellation fee or date exchange to be used within one year of original reservation date
• -       Holidays and special events are non-refundable
• -       No Show: Refund or date exchange will not be granted

Check-in and Check-out

• -       Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
• -       Check-out Time: 1:00PM
• -       All campers, guests and visitors must register upon arrival

On Site Storage Guidelines

• -       Storage fee is $50.00 + sales tax per month paid in advance for entire length of storage
• -       We must have on file a reservation, with deposit, for a minimum of 3 months for the 2011-2012 season
• -       Sign a waiver of liability for the park
• -       On site storage will be available to the first 25 participants
• -       All RV’s must be disconnected and all slides in

Other Important Information

• -       Site fees include a maximum of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) and 2 pets
• -       Additional charge per person per day of $3.00 ($50.00 per month per person)
• -       Only one Camping Unit and two (2) vehicles and one trailer per site
• -       All sites are 50 AMP electrical service, so bring your 50-30 AMP adapter if needed
• -       Sorry, our park cannot accept US mail for any of our guests
• -       No tent camping of any type
